Art22 is an exclusive art collection created by Australian artist Jazmyn Forrest. The collection includes limited artworks, prints, and related creative works.
All artwork information, pricing, availability, descriptions, and images are provided in good faith and may be updated at any time.
Art22 artworks are limited in number. Availability may change at any time.
If an artwork is listed as available, this does not guarantee it will remain available. Artworks may be sold, reserved, withdrawn, or updated without notice.
If an artwork is marked as “coming soon,” it is not yet available for immediate purchase.
Art22 aims to describe each artwork as accurately as possible, including size, format, edition details, price, and certificate information.
Please note that colours may appear slightly different on screens compared to the final physical artwork due to lighting, display settings, printing, materials, and photography.
Small variations may exist between digital previews and the final artwork.
All prices are listed on the website or provided directly by Art22.
Prices may be listed in AUD, USD, or another currency depending on the artwork and buyer enquiry.
Prices may change at any time before a purchase is confirmed.
For high-value purchases, Art22 may require direct communication, identity verification, legal review, payment verification, and a formal sales agreement before completing the sale.
Payment options may vary depending on the artwork value and buyer location.
For high-value artworks, payment may need to be completed by bank transfer or another approved method agreed between Art22 and the buyer.
An order or enquiry is not considered final until payment has been received and confirmed by Art22.
Art22 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund an order if payment cannot be verified, if there is suspected fraud, or if the transaction requires further review.
Shipping options, costs, insurance, and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the artwork, buyer location, and shipping provider.
Some artworks may be made to order or require preparation time before shipping.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by production time, courier delays, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside Art22’s control.
For high-value artworks, specialist art shipping, insurance, and legal documentation may be required.
Art22 will take reasonable care when packaging and arranging delivery of artworks.
Once an artwork is shipped, delivery is handled by the selected courier, freight, or specialist art shipping provider.
If an artwork arrives damaged, the buyer must contact Art22 as soon as possible with photos of the packaging, artwork, and damage so the issue can be reviewed.
Minor Variations & Handling Marks
Artworks are handled, packaged, and shipped with care. Due to the nature of printing, canvas materials, packaging, and transport, very minor variations or small handling marks may occasionally occur and do not always mean the artwork is faulty.
If an artwork arrives with visible damage, significant scratches, dents, tears, or other issues, the buyer must contact Art22 as soon as possible with clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and delivery condition so the issue can be reviewed.
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Art22 does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
However, nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
If an artwork is faulty, significantly different from its description, damaged due to an issue within Art22’s control, or otherwise required by law, Art22 will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
Each eligible Art22 artwork will include a digital Certificate of Authenticity.
The certificate may include the artwork title, artist name, edition number, certificate number, date of issue, buyer name, and artist signature.
The Certificate of Authenticity is an important part of the artwork record and should be kept safely by the buyer.

All artworks, images, text, branding, logos, website content, and creative concepts on this website are owned by Jazmyn Forrest / Art22 unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights unless agreed in writing.
